Approvals fell to 82.2% of completions as of June 30, 2026, down from 85.2% as of March 31, 2026, while the overall pending total kept climbing.

The pending caseload grew to 12,807,907 from 12,129,905 over the same quarter, a separate measure from the approval share above.
